Key ingredients that flavor our foods,

Key ingredients that flavor our foods, such as Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Lime and Curry leaves are procured fresh and on a daily basis. Gujarat is also the largest producer of Gram Lentils and Chickpea; hence, best processing units and flour mills are nearby. Spices such as Turmeric, Coriander Seeds, Cumin and Chillies are grown in abundance. In order to source the highest quality of spices, we buy them in the peak season and store them with our spice millers. Other spices like Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Peppercorns and Cardamom, although grown in the hills of Southern India, are brought to Gujarat, as its climate is suitable for drying them. As a result, we have quality spice processing facilities which supply Global Gourmet freshly ground spices on an almost daily basis.
